1. Introduction
Welcome to Telafrique. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Telafrique platform, including our website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).
By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.
2. Definitions
- “Telafrique” refers to Telafrique Technology Limited, a company registered in
- “Platform” refers to Telafrique’s website, mobile application, and related
- “Advertisers” are businesses or individuals who pay to promote products or services through the Platform.
- “Earners” are users who distribute advertising campaigns and earn commissions based on verified performance.
- “Users” refers collectively to Advertisers, Earners, and any other individual accessing the Platform.
- “Earnings” means commissions earned by Earners for completed advertising distribution
- “Payout” means the settlement of earned commissions via licensed third-party payment service providers.
3. Account Registration & User Responsibilities
3.1 Eligibility
To use the Platform, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
- Provide accurate, complete, and current information
3.2 Account Responsibilities
Users agree to:
- Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials
- Use only one account per individual or business
- Promptly notify Telafrique of unauthorized access or suspicious activity
Telafrique reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.
4. Platform Services
Telafrique operates a digital advertising and incentive platform that enables:
- Advertisers to run promotional campaigns
- Earners to distribute campaigns and earn commissions based on verified engagement
Telafrique does not guarantee specific advertising outcomes, engagement levels, or revenue results.
5. Advertising Policy (Advertisers)
Advertisers agree that:
- All advertisements must comply with applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards
- Advertisements must not be misleading, illegal, harmful, or infringe third-party rights
- Campaign payments must be completed before campaigns are activated
Refunds, where applicable, are subject to Telafrique’s Refund and Dispute Policy.

6. Earnings & Commission Policy (Earners)
6.1 Nature of Earnings
- Earnings represent commissions earned for completed advertising distribution tasks
- Earnings do not constitute deposits, stored value, or funds held on behalf of users
6.2 Eligibility for Payout
- Earners become eligible for payout once earned commissions reach the applicable minimum payout threshold
- Eligibility does not guarantee immediate settlement and remains subject to verification and compliance checks
6.3 Fraud & Abuse
Telafrique reserves the right to:
- Withhold or reverse earnings linked to fraudulent, deceptive, or manipulative activity
- Suspend or terminate accounts involved in abuse, including fake engagement or falsified proof
7. Payments & Payouts
7.1 Payment Processing
- Advertiser payments and earner payouts are processed through licensed third- party payment service providers
- Telafrique does not store debit card details, PINs, or banking credentials
7.2 No Custody of Funds
Telafrique does not:
- Hold, store, or safeguard user funds
- Operate wallet, banking, deposit-taking, or money transmission services All financial transactions are facilitated by licensed payment partners.
8. Prohibited Activities
Users must not:
- Post illegal, misleading, or harmful advertisements
- Manipulate engagement metrics or falsify campaign activity
- Engage in fraud, chargeback abuse, or payment disputes in bad faith
- Violate intellectual property or privacy rights
- Use the Platform for unlawful or unauthorized purposes Violations may result in suspension, termination, or legal action.
9. Suspension & Termination
Telafrique may suspend or terminate access to the Platform:
- For violations of these Terms
- For fraudulent or abusive behavior
- To comply with legal or regulatory obligations
Telafrique may also modify or discontinue Platform features with reasonable notice where practicable.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Telafrique shall not be liable for:
- Loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities
- Poor advertising performance or lack of engagement
- Service interruptions beyond reasonable control
- Unauthorized access resulting from user negligence Use of the Platform is at the user’s own risk.
11. Privacy & Data Protection
Telafrique collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. Users are responsible for reviewing and understanding how their data is handled.
12. Amendments to These Terms
Telafrique may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Platform or email. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
